In addition to the off-leash dog parks, Balboa Park offers a variety of attractions and covers 1,200 acres.
PET POLICY
Cats and Dogs Welcome!
1 pet maximum. $50 per month per pet, $500 pet deposit, breed restrictions apply and 25 pound weight limit.
The following breed / breed mixes are NOT permitted:
Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, Pit Terriers, Bull Terriers, Stafford Terriers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios, German Shepherds, wolf dog types such as Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, and any other wolf hybrid types.
Take care of your pets health needs at nearby Market Street Veterinary Clinic or Banfield Animal Hospital. The East Village of San Diego offers a wide range of services and stores geared towards pets. The Honest Kitchen sells human grade all natural dog and cat food products. City Dog serves San Diego’s pet population with grooming and boutique items. Go-go Dog Pals provides training services for area pets. Family-owned San Diego Pet Supply provides pet supplies in a convenient location on 15th St.
